| The Joint Commission (TJC) has issued revisions to standard EC.4.12, EP 6. Revisions are applicable to the Critical Access Hospital, Hospital, Long Term Care, and the Medicare/Medicaid Certification-Based Long Term Care Accreditation Programs and are effective immediately. EC.4.12 requires that accredited organizations develop and maintains an emergency operations plan (EOP).
