| The Centers for Medicare & Medicare Services (CMS) recently announced new deadlines for Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics and Supplies (DMEPOS) accreditation. New deadlines are as follows:All DMEPOS suppliers must obtain or retain enrollment with the National Supplier Clearinghouse (NSC) and must submit an approved accreditation by September 30, 2009.CMS will be releasing guidelines at some point in the future that provide the dates by which new DMEPOS suppliers...
