| Standard LD.2.140 EP 9 for Laboratory Comprehensive Accreditation Manual
The Joint Commission (JC) has issued a correction for standard LD.2.140, Element of Performance (EP) 9. JC incorrectly reported that EP 9 was added to standard LD.2.140. In fact, EP 9 was moved to standard HR.1.15 of the Comprehensive Accreditation Manual for Laboratory and Point-of-Care Testing, This change is effective as of July 1, 2007.
