| In response to concerns from the field regarding compliance with MM.4.10, EP 1, The Joint Commission (JC) is currently revising Standard MM.4.10, EP 1. Because the revisions are not expected to be effective until late 2007, JC has issued interim action for Standard MM.4.10 EP 1 for Hospitals and Critical Access Hospitals as it applies to Emergency Departments and Radiology Services.
