| The Joint Commission has issued a revision to Standard NR.1.10, EP 6 for Critical Access Hospitals and Hospitals. According to the Joint Commission, revisions published in November 2006 inadvertently omitted requirements for the nurse executive’s participation and collaboration with the organization’s governing body.
