| The Joint Commission has issued revisions to Accreditation Participation Requirement (APR) 5 and 6. The revisions are applicable to the Hospital Program and become effective April 1, 2007.
APR 5 states that hospitals shall select and use accepted core measure sets/measures and/or non-core performance measures from among those available through its listed performance measurement system.
