| JCAHO has issued a revision to the rationale for Accreditation Participation Requirement (APR) 10, effective immediately. This revision applies to the following accreditation programs: Ambulatory Care, Behavioral Health Care, Critical Access Hospital, Home Care, Hospital, Laboratory, Long Term Care, Office-Based Surgery, Medicare-Medicaid certification-based Long Term Care.
APR 10 states that the hospital does not misrepresent information in the accreditation process.
