| JCAHO Standard EC.5.20, EP.2 states that organizations must prepare a current organization-wide electronic Statement of Conditions (eSOC) compliance document. This Element of Performance is effective January 1, 2007. The sSOC has been available for use by healthcare organizations since August 2005.
