| In an effort to address the issue of improperly medicating residents of skilled nursing facilities CMS has combined the regulatory language from F-Tags 329, 330, and 331 into one new F-Tag, 329. The new regulations go into effect on December 18, 2006.
The new, expanded F-Tag 329 states:
§483.25(l) Unnecessary Drugs
