| JCAHO is seeking psychiatric hospitals to test and implement five performance measures designed for hospital-based, inpatient psychiatric services. The testing period would begin January 1, 2007 and last for one year.
Any psychiatric hospital that participates will be allowed to report the test measures in place of current performance data reporting requirements. The test data will not be publicly reported.
