| Hurricane season runs from June 1st to November 30th, and even after a storm is over dangers exist that can be hazardous.
Many of these hazards occur to workers and storm-area residents immediately after the storm has passed, during cleanup and utility restoration work. These activities are even more hazardous in areas of flooding, which are often caused by these storms.
The following are some of the injuries that may be seen during the hurricane recovery period:
