| Effective, July 1, 2005, JCAHO is requiring primary source verification, at the time of hire, for all individuals for whom a license, certification or registration is required to perform their job responsibilities, as stated in HR.1.20, EP 47. Also primary source verification is required upon the expiration of renewed licensure, certification or registration of said individuals as stated in HR.1.20, EP 48.
