| In the latest quarterly update to the JCAHO standards manual for Hospitals, revisions to the Management of Information standard IM.6.30, elements of performance have been finalized. Element of performance number one and two have been revised, with an additional element of performance number ten, added to the standard. These revisions to the elements of performance are effective immediately.
