| The StayAlert policy for Long Term Care staffing effectiveness was published with the previously quoted indicator standard requirements listed on the JCAHOs website. However, the February issue of the JCAHOs periodical Perspectives has revised the number of indicator requirements from six (6) to four (4). With two (2) indicators from clinical/service and two (2) for human resources. Also, only one of the indicators in each category must be on the JCAHO list of required staffing effectiveness...
