| In the JCAHO's latest publication of Improving Healthcare and Quality an article entitled "Hand Hygiene" outlined problem areas and solutions to those problems related to lack of proper hand hygiene performed by healthcare workers.
The article listed the following as problematic areas for maintenance of proper hand hygiene:
