| JCAHO has issued revised Preliminary Denial of Accreditation (PDA) and Conditional Accreditation thresholds for 2006. The new thresholds are effective immediately.
Large Hospitals: (ADC greater than or equal to 100): Conditional Accreditation-increased from 10 Not Compliant standards to 14 Not Compliant standards.
