| The Joint Commission has revised and updated the Accreditation Participation Requirements in the CAMH Update 4, November 2005. These revisions and additions are effective January 1, 2006.
APR 8 under the Public Information Review has been changed. The former APR 8 stated that hospitals provide notice to the public of a full accreditation survey. With the advent of unannounced surveys this is no longer possible.
