| Qualitest Pharmaceuticals, Inc. issued a voluntary nationwide recall of AccuSure Insulin Syringes 1cc, 28 gauge 1/2 inch, that were distributed between October 2004 and June 2005. This product was distributed to drug wholesalers, distributors and pharmacies within the United States.
The 1cc syringes may be mislabeled as 1/2cc syringes on the plastic inner wrap holding 10 individual syringes.
