| The FDA has issued a notification to healthcare professionals alerting them of Laerdal Medical Corporation's voluntary recall of all lots of their CM 100-Heartstart Adapter Cable due to susceptibility of wire breakage within the cables which then prevents delivery of defibrillation shock. The adapter cable allows Laerdal Heartstart defibrillation electrodes with snap connecter to be used with HP/Agilent/Philips CodeMaster 100 and CodeMaster SL+/XL/XE defibrillators, Laerdal Heartstart 4000...
