| The FDA has issued a Public Health Advisory regarding topical medications for the treatment of eczema (atopic dermatitis) Elidel (pimecrolimus) and Protopic (tacrolimus). The FDA notes that information from animal studies and a small number of patients indicate that there may be a risk of cancer with the use of these medications.
