| The Joint Commission (TJC) is asking individuals who have requested sentinel event data or complaint information from TJC's Office of Quality Monitoring (OQM) to complete a brief survey on their experiences. According to TJC, the survey should take no more than five minutes to complete. A link to the survey is provided in the references below.
