| The National Quality Forum (NQF) has released its updated manual, Safe Practices for Better Healthcare, which outlines 34 Safe Practices to prevent healthcare errors. The manual also includes strategies for implementing the identified Safe Practices and a guide to improve patient and family involvement in safe care.
