| The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has recently issued revised interpretive guidelines for long term care facilities. The implementation date for these guidelines is September 30, 2009. Please note that the implementation date applies only to the red italicized material; any other material was previously published and remains unchanged.
