| The Joint Commission has announced that the Task Force formed to re-evaluate the revised MS.1.20 has come to consensus about the standard and is supporting the adoption of a working draft standard MS.01.01.01. As reviewed in an earlier StayAlert notice, revisions to MS.1.20 created a great deal of concern from the field and due to the many concerns among accredited hospitals, the revisions to MS.1.20, which were originally scheduled to go into effect July 2009 were indefinitely...
