| The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has announced its intention to rescind the proposed Medicaid rule limiting outpatient hospital and clinic benefits. Additionally, HHS announced a delay in the enforcement of portions of a Medicaid rule that clarified limitations on health care related tax programs.
