| The Joint Commission (TJC) has issued revisions for three Elements of Performance (EPs) for Equipment Management standard 01.04.01, effective immediately. These revisions are applicable to the Home Care Accreditation program. EQ.01.04.01 requires Home Care organizations to provide patients with emergency maintenance, replacement or backup of medical equipment when needed.
