| The Joint Commission (TJC) is seeking feedback on proposed revisions to the 2009 National Patient Safety Goals (NPSG) and the 2009 Universal Protocol. The revisions are intended to clarify language and ensure the requirements are relevant to the settings in which they apply. The proposed revisions will be effective in 2010.
