| The Joint Commission (TJC) has issued revisions to Leadership Standard LD.04.03.01, Element of Performance (EP) 15 for critical access hospitals. The revisions are effective immediately. LD.04.03.01 requires critical access hospitals to provide services that meet patient needs.
