| The Joint Commission (TJC) has published Standards Errata containing several revisions to standards across all programs. Included in the errata is a revision to NPSG.07.04.01, EP 8, which is effective immediately. Note: While the revision is effective immediately, organizations have until January 1, 2010 for full implementation of this requirement.
