| The Joint Commission (TJC) has recently made two changes to its Provision of Care Standard PC.02.02.03.The first change is the addition of a new Element of Performance (EP) 22 for PC.02.02.03 for the Hospital Accreditation Program, effective as of January 1, 2009 but not scored until July 2009.
