| CMS has issued two new federal tags (F-Tags) and a new Psychosocial Outcome Severity Guide as appendices to the State Operation Manual.
Part One of this notice reviewed the two new F-Tags. This notice will review the new Psychosocial Outcome Severity Guide. This guidance is effective as of June 1, 2006.
