| The Joint Commission (TJC) recently announced the top compliance issues for the full year of 2007. For hospitals, standard MM.2.20 was cited as a compliance issue more than any other TJC standard, National Patient Safety Goal, Universal Protocol, or Accreditation Participation Requirement.
