| The Joint Commission (TJC) has issued Sentinel Event Alert, Issue 40, entitled Behaviors That Undermine The Culture of Safety. According to TJC, behavior that is disruptive, rude, unpleasant, intimidating or hostile is behavior that can undermine an organization’s culture of safety.
