APR 17 is applicable to the Ambulatory Care, Behavioral Health Care, Critical Access Hospital, Home Care, Hospital, Laboratory, Long Term Care, Medicare/Medicaid Certification Based Long Term Care and Office Based Surgery Accreditation Programs.
