| The Office of Inspector General is seeking comments on draft supplemental Compliance Program Guidance (CPG) for nursing facilities. When the final rule is published, it will supplement OIG's prior CPG for nursing facilities issued in 2000. The revised guidance contains new compliance recommendations and an expanded discussion of risk areas.
