| The Office of the Inspector General has issued an open letter to health care providers that makes refinements to the heath care provider self-disclosure protocol (SDP). The SDP ensures the integrity of Federal healthcare programs by encouraging voluntary disclosure of self-discovered evidence of potential fraud.
