| The Joint Commission (TJC) has released its list of most challenging standards for hospitals during the first half of 2007. According to TJC, Medication Management Standard 2.20 was the most challenging standard for hospitals, with 43% of hospitals surveyed receiving a "non-compliant" rating for this standard.
